| The following is a chronological listing of Town of Smithfield Code ordinances adopted since the last supplement to the 1985 Code of Ordinances, which ordinances have been included in the 2003 publication of the Code. The last column indicates the location of each ordinance in the new Code or the reason for its exclusion. [Enabling legislation which is not general and permanent in nature is considered to be non-Code material (NCM). |
